Kenneth Joseph Hutz, Esq., is an American lawyer and active member of the California State Bar (No. 224351) and the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Hutz attended U.C. Berkeley before earning a law degree at U.C. Davis, where he was the editor-in-chief of the Journal of International and Comparative Law. Mr. Hutz specializes in international private law between the U.S. and Mexico, including immigration, family, estate planning, and business law. Mr. Hutz is fluent in Spanish and splits his time between California and Mexico.

El licenciado Hutz asistió a la Universidad de California en Berkeley antes de obtener una licenciatura en Derecho por la Universidad de California en Davis, donde fue Jefe de Redacción del Journal of International and Comparative Law. El licenciado Hutz es especialista en derecho privado internacional entre EUA y México, abarcando los ámbitos de derecho migratorio, familiar, planificación de la situación patrimonial y sucesoria, así como derecho empresarial.
